(this is bascially a merge of https://github.com/xiaofeiTM233/RE.SCHALE.GameServer)

- Latest protos and dbmodels from new dumper
- Newest FlatData
- Integration of ExcelDB.db (auto downloader + table loader) for exceltables are moved: (SchoolDungeon, Gear, MemoryLobby, Scenario)
- Implement SchoolDungeon, WeekDungeon, Partial Campaign
- Currency System
- New Command & improved old ones (unlockall, currency)
